Shipping Area
CarpartGuider offers free shipping on orders over $99 (after discount) to all U.S. states. However, for products such as car mats, we do not ship to the following addresses:
Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, U.S. Overseas Territories, Guam, American Samoa and Northern Mariana Islands, Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and P.O. Box addresses.
Shipping Method
CarpartGuider currently ships your orders via sea freight (from China) + USPS/FedEx/UPS (within the U.S.)
Order Processing Time
1. Orders without customized text/images will be processed within 1-2 business days after purchase.
2. Orders with customized text/images for car mats will be processed within 5-7 business days after purchase.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Delivery Time
Your order has been shipped. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can track your package in real time and check its delivery status using this link.

*** We cannot process refunds for lost packages, but we can resend your order.

1. Why hasn't my package been updated?
Shipping may be delayed during holiday seasons due to surges in shipments, weather conditions, or local events. If the carrier has lost your package, or if you haven't received your order within 14 days, please contact us for assistance.
2. Can I send my order to a post office box? Yes, but only via the United States Postal Service (USPS).
For floor mats and trunk mats, we do not ship to P.O. Box addresses; please provide your actual address.
3. Will my order be shipped in multiple packages?
Sometimes, your order will be shipped in multiple packages with multiple tracking numbers (depending on product stock). Because packages are shipped in batches, you may receive them on different dates.
4. Can I change my shipping address after placing my order?
If your order has not yet shipped, you can change your shipping address. Please contact us to correct the address if needed.
If your order has already shipped, you cannot change your shipping address. Please contact us for assistance, and we will help you receive your package.
