1.We support return and exchange within 15 days. If you purchase any item that is deemed defective, then those items will be replaced with the identical item in the exact same size.
2.Item that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.
3.Returns without the original packaging and documentation will be rejected.
4.the item is not damaged or missing parts is not caused by seller will be rejected to return.

Return & Exchange Process
Please email our customer service at sales@carpartguider.com to request the return/exchange. Kindly include photos or videos to show the product you received.
Upon receipt of your request, our customer service will email you the instructions and return/exchange address. Please follow the instructions to process the return/exchange.
You will receive a refund within 1 week or have an exchange order processed after we receive your package. We'll email you once processing your refund or exchange.
If the return is caused by the consumer, consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
If due to our reasons, the goods received are damaged or not correct, and the consumer is not required to bear the shipping fee for this reason.
